It’s a bar within a bar and you have to either book in advance or wait for a spot to open by asking the bartender to add you to a list. Once you’re in, you’re handed a “menu” of images. You choose an image that looks like something you’d like to drink as you chat with the “shrink.” He’ll then whip you up a drink based on your results.
